Getting Started

        Load the program:

        1. Unzip the file Autodraw2.zip and use Setup.exe to load the program. See Download Autodraw.

        2. Double click the Setup.exe file to start Autodraw.

        3. Must load the program in a short path.  Example: c:\1\ or c:\a\ or c:\autodraw\.

        Options Dialog Settings:

        1. Click on Options menu. This starts the Options dialog.

        2. In the Activate Autocad With text box type the appropriate text to activate Autocad.

        You may want to leave just "Autocad" in the text box. If there are any problems in running the commands from the Autodraw program use either "AutoCAD 2000" or "AutoCAD 2002" in the text box.

        3. In the Autocad Startup Path text box enter the full path of the executable file for Autocad on your machine.

        This may be copied from the address bar of Windows Explorer when in Autocad's directory where the executable exists. Paste this in the Autocad Startup Path text box, or type it accurately.

        This is the text used to start Autocad from the File > Start Autocad menu.

        4. Close the Options dialog using the Save and Exit button.
